Role Description

How long have you been a part of Queen’s Radio?

I have been a part of Queen’s Radio for just over a year, being the Deputy Head of Sound last year.

What does the Station Manager do?

My job is to oversee the running of the station across all departments and maintain the high standard of content we’re broadcasting. I chair all of the society meetings and ensure all decisions taken are carefully considered and reflect the best interests of the society, while taking care of any admin involved.┬áIn a nutshell, it is my responsibility to provide a fun and realistic experience of radio broadcasting to all our members and provide a range of diverse and entertaining programming to our listeners. Favourite band?

Irish Indie 4 piece The Coronas, for the sheer fact that Oasis aren’t around anymore shamefully underrated band.

Favourite actor?

A few candidates for this. Will Ferrell is always a laugh. Russel Crowe in Gladiator is something else though. Kevin Hart impressing recently.

First gig you ever went to?

God himself Noel Gallagher.
